Water is an essential nutrient that impacts virtually all functions. Providing enough clean water during brooding directly affects the chick's long term growth and with our utility logger you can see your usage on an hourly base.

Water is important for broilers to:

• Achieve the freedom from thirst by providing clean, cool water to broilers
• Avoid bird stress by having water easily available (correct flow & density) and accessible (correct drinker height)
• Avoid thermal discomfort by having fresh water available to birds so that they can cool down by drinking or via the effects of cool cells (evaporative)
• To promote good health and performance with a clean water supply.
